Instead of any maida-based pizza base, the chef uses leftover whole-wheat rotis to make this breakfast-friendly desi pizza.

Place the rotis onto a small nonstick pan. Make sure they are overlapping each other and covering the sides evenly. Crack in the eggs and whisk. Add salt, pepper, mixed herbs, and milk. Mix well but gently. Add sliced tomato, pickled jalapeno, or any other veggies of your choice. Top it up with grated cheese. Place the pan on a stove on low heat and add oil on the sides to prevent sticking-splash water on top and cover with a lid. Cook for 15-20 minutes, until the egg is fully cooked. Garnish with herbs and fresh basil. Serve immediately and enjoy!

“There is no 1:1 substitute unless you are using vegan egg substitutes, but I’ll work on a vegetarian stove-top pizza recipe,” Chef Kukreja shares. Suggesting a vegetarian version, a social media user writes that they tried a similar recipe using “lots of grated veggies and a little bit of besan batter, with half tsp Eno or baking soda.”
