Dont Let Leftover Bread Turn Stale! Transform It Into Crispy And Tasty Masala Bread Fries

Most of us eat bread on a daily basis. It is a constant on our breakfast table and even during snacking sessions. Since everyone loves it so much, we often end up buying a bigger loaf or an extra packet. However, there are times when we are unable to finish it all. The bread packet keeps lying on the kitchen counter or in the fridge for days at a stretch. And after that, we usually toss it away as it becomes stale and dry. But what if we told you that you could use your leftover bread to make fries? Yes, it’s possible. Introducing a lip-smacking snack that you can prepare in just under a few minutes: masala bread fries. These fries are super crispy and flavourful and are ideal to have with your evening cup of chai.

What Are Masala Bread Fries?

Masala bread fries give an interesting twist to the classic French fries. Instead of potatoes, they are made using leftover bread. The bread is cut into thin strips, coated with a pool of spices, and then air-fried until perfectly crispy. They offer an irresistible crunch and make for an interesting way to make the most of your leftover bread.

How To Ensure Masala Bread Fries Remain Crispy?

Masala bread fries taste good only when they are crispy. To ensure this, make sure not to crowd them in the air fryer basket. This will result in uneven cooking and not give you the desired results. It’s always best to cook them in batches. Also, remember to always store them in an airtight container, or else they’ll become soggy quickly.
